Clean newly remodelled accommodation with easy location near Mayo clinic and knowledgeable staff. Carpeted room and large breakfast. Easy check in and late check out. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Location very close to the beautiful Arizona nature and Phoenix.

Had soundproof and new-fashioned room with en suite bathroom and flat screen cable TV, a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment. Thanks to a king size bed I slept great.

Our family enjoyed the landscaped courtyard and the nearby Eagle Mountain Golf Course was a hit! The staff were friendly, and the convenience of the sundry shop, especially with a little one in tow.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options could be improved for families. It would be great to have a basic continental breakfast available.

The common areas are beautifully decorated and accessible, making it comfortable for seniors like myself to move around without any hassle.

The location is super convenient for the Mayo Clinic. The staff feel like old friends and are always cute. The Guestroom has a comfortable king bed and a sofa bed. Air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a private bathroom with great products like shampoo and conditioner. The outdoor pool is relaxing, and the fitness center looks nice too.

The location was close to the Mayo Clinic, which was very convenient for us. The breakfast options were limited, and we encountered some trouble with hot water. It served its purpose, but improvements are definitely needed.

The Guestroom King Sofa Bed was pretty comfy, but the overall vibe felt a bit dated. It had enough space for my needs, and the pull-out sofa was a nice option. Cleanliness was solid, a big plus, but the bathroom could use some updates-tiles felt loose. My room faced the courtyard, nice for a bit of natural light. Could've used a better temperature control, though. The outdoor areas were pretty chill.

I loved the cozy atmosphere of the room with the sliding glass door that opened right onto a private patio, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning sun. The heated outdoor pool was a fantastic surprise! After my appointment, nothing beat a relaxing dip in the pool and soaking in the jacuzzi. Plus, it's just steps away from the Mayo Clinic, made everything super easy!

The room had a comfortable layout, but I found the pull-out sofa bed to be small and not very comfortable. There were some cleanliness issues in the hallways, and I noticed the stairwells could use a good vacuuming. Housekeeping seemed overwhelmed. My towels were not replaced without asking. The lobby coffee machine had low-quality coffee, disappointing. I appreciated the Bistro's high-quality food, but the limited hours felt restrictive. The menu options could broaden to suit varying tastes.
